## How Incidents Work [#how-incidents-work]

### Detection [#detection]

Our monitoring systems run continuous health checks on all services. When an issue is detected, the status page is automatically updated — typically within **5 minutes** of detection.

### Classification [#classification]

| Priority | Description |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **P1 Critical** | Full outage or severe degradation impacting most customers |
| **P2 Major** | Partial degradation or regional impact with significant user effect |
| **P3 Minor** | Limited functionality impact or isolated integration issues |

### Communication [#communication]

* **Initial post** — published as soon as an incident is confirmed, with current impact and next update timing
* **Regular updates** — posted throughout mitigation
* **Resolution post** — final update with scope, timeline, and follow-ups

### External Platform Issues [#external-platform-issues]

When Meta/Facebook or other external platforms experience disruptions that affect your bots, we post an incident on our status page with updates relayed within \~5 minutes of detection.

***

## Get Notified [#get-notified]

You can subscribe to status updates via email or SMS directly on the status page so you're notified immediately when something happens.

***

## After an Incident [#after-an-incident]

Every incident goes through a post-incident review including root cause analysis and corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Resolution typically happens within several hours, depending on scope and vendor dependencies.
