# Why Am I Not Getting Notifications?

## How to set up notifications [#how-to-set-up-notifications]

* **Web notifications** — open the Chatfuel dashboard in your browser and allow notifications when prompted. If you dismissed the prompt, re-enable it from your browser's site settings for the Chatfuel domain.
* **Mobile app** — install the Chatfuel mobile app, sign in with your account, and make sure push notifications are enabled in your phone's settings for the app.

Once set up, you will receive a notification whenever a customer message arrives in a conversation [assigned to you](https://chatfuel.com/docs/leads/leads) or waiting for a human reply.

Notifications via WhatsApp are currently in development.

* If you're not receiving push notifications, check that your phone's Do Not Disturb mode is off and that Chatfuel has notification permissions enabled.
