# What Is the Kanban Board?

Yes — the Leads section in Chatfuel is your Kanban board. It's a visual drag-and-drop pipeline where every customer conversation becomes a lead card that…

## Is there a Kanban board in Chatfuel? [#is-there-a-kanban-board-in-chatfuel]

Yes — the [Leads](https://chatfuel.com/docs/leads/leads) section in Chatfuel is your Kanban board. It's a visual drag-and-drop pipeline where every customer conversation becomes a lead card that moves through stages.

If you're looking for a Kanban board, CRM, or sales pipeline — it's all in **Leads**.

## Where to find it [#where-to-find-it]

Click the **Leads** tab in your Chatfuel sidebar. You'll see a board with columns for each stage.

## How it works [#how-it-works]

The board has 5 fixed columns (stages):

1. **Captured** — every new chat starts here
2. **Sorting** — Fuely AI qualifies leads automatically
3. **Qualified** — good prospects ready for your team
4. **Selling** — deals you're actively working
5. **Closed** — finished deals (won or lost)

Drag and drop lead cards between columns to move them through your pipeline. The stages are currently fixed and [cannot be customized](https://chatfuel.com/docs/leads/how-to-change-lead-stages).

## Filtering your board [#filtering-your-board]

Use the built-in [filters](https://chatfuel.com/docs/leads/how-to-change-chat-filters) to focus on specific leads:

* **All** — see everything
* **Assigned to me** — your leads only
* **Unassigned** — leads available for pickup
* **Assigned to...** — leads belonging to a specific [teammate](https://chatfuel.com/docs/account/how-to-add-teammates)
