## What you can do instead [#what-you-can-do-instead]

While there is no export button, the [AI Co-Worker](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/what-the-ai-co-worker-can-do-for-you) can read through your chats and answer questions about them. Just ask it in chat, and it can:

* Summarize conversations with a specific customer
* Pull out key details like names, phone numbers, or order info mentioned in chats
* Analyze patterns across multiple conversations — for example, what questions customers ask most often
