Chatfuel is an AI-powered platform that lets your business talk to customers automatically — on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and your website — 24/7, without you having to type every reply.

**1. Connect a channel**

You start by linking a messaging channel to Chatfuel. The most common choice is [WhatsApp](https://chatfuel.com/docs/whatsapp/how-to-activate-ai-in-whatsapp).
