You can add up to 10 photos to any item in your Catalog. When a customer asks about a product or service, the AI will automatically send these photos along with the item details.

## Set it up in Catalog [#set-it-up-in-catalog]

1. Go to **Knowledge Base** → **Catalog**.
2. Click **Add item** to create a new service or product, or click an existing item to edit it.
3. In the item editor, click the photo upload area and select up to 10 images.
4. Save the item.

That's it — the photos are now attached to your catalog item.
