You can apply a promo code when choosing your [plan](https://chatfuel.com/docs/billing/chatfuel-plans-and-pricing). The promo code field appears on the Stripe payment window — the same screen where you enter your card details.

## How to apply a promo code [#how-to-apply-a-promo-code]

1. Go to **Billing** in your Chatfuel account.
2. Choose a plan.
3. On the Stripe payment window, look for the **Add promotion code** field.
4. Enter your promo code and click **Apply**.
5. The discount will be reflected in the total before you confirm payment.

## Good to know [#good-to-know]

* The promo code field is only visible on the Stripe checkout page, not inside Chatfuel itself.
* If your code isn't working, double-check for typos or expiration. Contact support if the issue persists.
