# Chatfuel Plans and Pricing

Every Chatfuel plan is two things at once: a subscription that gives you the platform, and a wallet — a balance in US dollars that covers what you actually use.

Your subscription price never changes with your traffic. The wallet is what moves.

## The plans [#the-plans]

On the Agency plans, one wallet sits behind every bot in the workspace, so you top up in one place instead of chasing balances per client. The larger the plan, the more credits you get for the price. Annual billing is available on every paid plan at a discount.

## What comes out of the wallet [#what-comes-out-of-the-wallet]

* **AI replies** — every message the [AI agent](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/what-is-fuely-ai) reads and answers
* **WhatsApp templates** — the [messages you send outside the 24-hour window](https://chatfuel.com/docs/whatsapp/how-to-send-messages-outside-24-hour-window)
* **WhatsApp messages Meta charges for** — from 1 October, [Meta bills service messages too](https://chatfuel.com/docs/whatsapp/how-much-does-meta-charge-for-whatsapp-messages), and those charges run through your wallet as well

Credits are granted for the month and don't carry over, so there's nothing to be gained by holding them back.
