AI agents are smart helpers that can do entire jobs on their own. Think Alexa, Siri or Google Assistant. All you need to do is tell them what you need and they act as your virtual assistants.

AI agents use advanced language technology that allows them to communicate with humans in a natural, conversational way, while still being an artificial intelligence (AI) program.

## What is Fuely AI? [#what-is-fuely-ai]

Chatfuel has its own AI agent called Fuely AI and it performs tasks related to business goals. Like most AI agents it uses large language models like ChatGPT.

But Fuely AI takes it a step further by combining language AI with Chatfuel's deep expertise in conversational marketing and sales. Trained on real-world examples, Fuely is an AI assistant tailored for business use cases right out-of-the-box.

Here are a few examples of what Fuely can do:

You just provide it with enough info and set up [automations](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/automations) — rules for where it talks and how it behaves in different situations. Let's take a look at its customer support skill for example.

All you need to do is add some common questions in the [settings for Fuely](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/how-to-set-up-ai-the-definitive-guide). It will then provide first-line customer support and answer FAQs. And in case a customer demands to talk to a human, Fuely will send them to Live chat.
