# Tasks Have Become Automations

If you're looking for the Tasks page — it has been replaced by Automations, at Fuely AI → Automations.

If you're looking for the Tasks page — it has been replaced by [Automations](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/automations), at **Fuely AI** → **Automations**. Everything Tasks did lives there now, organized by channel and source instead of by category.

## What moved where [#what-moved-where]

* **Task toggles** → each channel source now has its own automation with its own on/off toggle. Turning AI on for Instagram DMs, comments, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp is [a per-source switch](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/can-i-enable-ai-for-one-channel-but-not-another).
* **Gear settings on a task** → the settings now sit directly on each automation: [follow-ups](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/how-to-set-up-follow-ups), [booking rules](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/how-to-set-up-ai-autobooking), [switch to human](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/how-to-set-up-chat-assignment-rules), [message delays](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/how-to-add-a-pause-between-messages), and more — configurable per source, or once on Main bot for everywhere.
* **Comment tasks** → comment replies are automations on the comment sources, including [named custom rules for specific posts, ads, and keywords](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/how-to-create-a-custom-automation). See [Instagram](https://chatfuel.com/docs/instagram/instagram-comment-autoreply), [Facebook](https://chatfuel.com/docs/facebook/facebook-autoreply), and [TikTok](https://chatfuel.com/docs/tiktok/tiktok-comment-autoreply).
* **Broadcasts** → broadcasts have their own **Broadcasts** tab in the main menu; they are no longer grouped with automation settings.

Your [Knowledge Base](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/how-to-set-up-knowledge-base) still plays the same role: it's what the AI knows. If it's empty, the AI has nothing to work with — fill it out first. The [definitive setup guide](https://chatfuel.com/docs/ai-features/how-to-set-up-ai-the-definitive-guide) walks through the whole setup in order.

## How to manage automations [#how-to-manage-automations]

Two equal ways:

* Open **Fuely AI** → **Automations** and configure them in the dashboard.
* Ask the [AI Co-Worker](/docs/ai-features/what-the-ai-co-worker-can-do-for-you) in chat — *"turn on comment replies for my reels"* — and it makes the change for you.
